NxtUp Program

Basketball Saskatchewan is pleased to announce our new Next Up Regional Training program. This is a new high-performance program offered by Basketball Saskatchewan that will allow athletes who have previously been a part of our high-performance programming to continue working with our coaches and potentially be identified to participate with our Provincial Team program in the future. Through this program, athletes will improve their individual skills both offensively and defensively.

The Next Up program is designed to improve an athlete in all aspects of the sport. Through this program, athletes will receive:

  • A minimum of 20 hours of on court training
  • Individualized strength and conditioning program
  • Opportunities to attend sport science seminars
  • Next Up Swag (Reversible jersey and shorts)

  • Regina – 2004, 2005 and 2006
  • Saskatoon – 2004, 2005 and 2006
  • Moose Jaw – 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007
  • North Battleford – 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007

*Athletes must reside in the surrounding area to be eligible to participate in our NxtUp Training Centres*
