Jr. NBA Global Championships
The Jr. NBA is hosting the 3rd Annual Global Championship for the worlds best U14 boys and girls teams!
If you have a team in Saskatchewan of great U14 players we encourage you to register for the Saskatchewan Qualifier event as your first step towards getting on the worlds stage!
Players must be 13 or 14 years of age as of December 31st 2020.
Coaches must have completed their Learn to Train NCCP course and submit a current Criminal Record Check.
Bench size – Each team can have 2 coaches on their bench. For the Canadian events (Sask and Prairie Qualifiers and Canadian Championships) each team can have up to 14 players, however it is important to note that the teams that advance from the Canadian Championships can only have a roster of 10 players.
Rules of Play – 2020 Rules will be updated in March. Please read the 2019 rules for a general idea about adaptations from FIBA rules for this age group.

Saskatchewan Qualifier May 1st-3rd 2020 Regina
Prairie Qualifier May 16th 2020 Regina (Jr. NBA will pay for transportation and accommodation)
Canadian Championship June 2020 Toronto (Jr. NBA Canada will pay for transportation and accommodations)
Global Championship August 2020 Orlando (Jr. NBA Canada will pay for transportation and accommodations)
The Get Your Game On Basketball Tournament will be hosting a Jr. NBA division during their event May 1st-3rd. Registration is now open! Registration fees will be $325.00 and each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. The winning teams from the boys and the girls divisions will advance to the Prairie Qualifier.

The Jr. NBA Prairie Qualifier Event will see the boys and girls teams that advanced out of the Saskatchewan and Manitoba province qualifier tournaments square off for a 1 game winner take all event. The winning boys and girls teams will continue on the road to the Global Championship by next attending the Canada Qualifier event.

Where: University of Regina Gym 1
Times: Boys Game at 10:00am and Girls Game at 12:00pm
