Since 2005, Off the Bounce Shooting Camp has produced numerous players that have excelled at all levels. Our campers represent our province at national competitions, win city, provincial, and national championships, and capture city and tournament all-stars. U of R Cougars Girls Basketball Camps
GIRLS BASKETBALL
Camp Leader: Coach Dave Taylor
Instructors: current & former Cougar players
Dave Taylor has just completed his sixth year as head coach of the Cougar Women's Basketball team. For the last four seasons, he led his team to a Canada West Silver Medals as well as 2 Silver Medal finishes at Nationals. He was Assistant Coach with the team for 13 years and in that time won a National Title and went to Nationals 6 other times.
Girls Junior Basketball Camp:
The Day Camp is designed to facilitate the improvement of the athlete’s fundamental basketball skills within a competitive, yet fun, environment. Athletes interested in improving or learning basketball skills will benefit from this camp, regardless of skill level.

Meal plan does not include Friday.
Ages: Grades 3 - 8
Dates: Monday to Friday

Times: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm (Mon – Thurs)
9:00 am – noon (Friday only)
Girls Senior Basketball Camp:
This camp will emphasize skill refinement and development including footwork, shooting,
offensive and defensive transition and
rebounding. Instruction will be given on the
fundamentals of individual and team play.

Ages: Grades 9 - 12
Dates: Monday to Thursday
