Team Sask Tryouts (Provincial Teams)

U15 & U17 Provincial Team Tryouts

  §  Provincial Team Tryouts will be held in 2 locations, one in the North and one in the South.
§  THESE CAMPS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR RECREATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
§  From the regional tryouts, potential Provincial Players will be asked to a final combined ID Camp
   on May 8th & 9th, location to be determined (TBD).
§  From the Final ID camps the U15 and U17 Provincial Teams will be selected.
§  For the First Regional Tryout, you will be only required to attend one tryout which will have two sessions. 
   Please attend both sessions on that day.
§  Sessions for the Final Combined Tryout will be held in one location and usually have two sessions
   on the Saturday and one on the Sunday.  Some players may be released after Saturday sessions.

U15 Provincial Team ages – players born in 1995, 1996 & 1997

U17 Provincial Team ages – players born in 1993 & 1994

Tentative Schedule Summary
U15 & U17 Open Tryouts – April 24 & April 25, Final combined May 8 & 9
Possible Tournament: Hornets – Regina , May 21 – 23

Possible Tournament: Prairie Dog Classic – Saskatoon, Early July

Possible Tournament: in Alberta, Mid July

U15 & U17 Female National Championships – Aug 1 – 8 Humber College, Toronto, ON
U15 & U17 Male National Championships – Aug 1 – 8 University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, MB

 

Training sessions will be scheduled by the coaching staffs in May, June & July.

 

Please register online prior to April 16 as we want to give the Coaching staffs a list of participants the week before the tryouts.
